1.º, 1.ª → primero/a
first
2.º, 2.ª → segundo/a
second
3.º, 3.ª → tercero/a

Ordinal numbers agree in terms of gender and number:
Me gustó la segunda parte del libro.
I liked the second part of the book.
Él es mi cuarto hijo.
He’s my fourth son.
Exception: primero (first) and tercero (third) change to primer and tercer in front of a singular masculine noun:
Este es mi primer trabajo.
This is my first job.
Mi oficina está en el tercer piso.
My office is on the third floor.
