Regular verbs in the present subjunctive tense are conjugated as follows:

Hablar
Yo hable
Tú hables
Él/ella/usted hable
Nosotros/as hablemos
Vosotros/as habléis
Ellos/ellas/ustedes hablen
Comer
Yo coma
Tú comas
Él/ella/usted coma
Nosotros/as comamos
Vosotros/as comáis
Ellos/ellas/ustedes coman

Vivir

Yo viva
Tú vivas
Él/ella/usted viva
Nosotros/as vivamos
Vosotros/as viváis
Ellos/ellas/ustedes vivan

Examples:

Necesito que hablemos.

I need to talk to you.

Podrás jugar cuando comas las verduras.

You can play when you eat your vegetables.

Tal vez viva en Madrid el próximo año.

Maybe he'll live in Madrid next year.

Note: With the present subjunctive of estar (to be), we add an accent to all forms (esté, estés, esté, etc...) except with nosotros (estemos).
