We use ningún before a masculine noun, and ninguna before a feminine noun. Ninguno and ninguna are also pronouns:
—¿Tienes algún cigarrillo? —No tengo ninguno.
‑Do you have a cigarette? ‑No, I don't have one.
—¿No tienes ninguna moneda? —Sí, tengo alguna.
‑Do you not have any change? ‑Yes, I have some.
