The verbs essere and avere in the imperfect subjunctive

The verbs essere (to be) and avere (to have) are irregular and they are conjugated like this in the imperfect subjunctive:

Io fossi
Tu fossi
Lui/lei fosse
Noi fossimo
Voi foste
Loro fossero
Io avessi
Tu avessi
Lui/lei avesse
Noi avessimo
Voi aveste
Loro avessero

Vorrei che tu fossi qui.

I'd wish you were here.

Credevo che avessimo un piano.

I thought that we had a plan.
