Too

TOO has two main meanings, 'also' and 'very':
•  Similarly, also:
me too me also
Bruno speaks English, and French too. Bruno speaks English, and French also.

•  Very, excessively:
He's too young. He is very young, he is not old enough.
Susie is too busy to come. Susie can't come because she is very busy.

Too much and too many:
There's too much sugar in this coffee. There's more sugar in this coffee than is necessary.
There are too many cars in this city. There are more cars in this city than is suitable for the size of it. (quantifiable)
